New Account Requirements
Thank you for choosing County National Bank!
Due to federal regulation, we are required to obtain identification information at the time we open your new account. Please bring the documents as indicated below:
Please have one of the following non-expired documents:
- Driver's License with photo
- State or country ID card with photo
- Valid passport with photo
- Military ID
- Resident alien card
- Other government-issued ID with photo
Or please provide at least three or more of the following non-expired documents:
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Concealed weapons or firearm permit
- Insurance card
- Social Security card
- Property/tax bill with current address
- Voter registration card with current address
- Student ID
- Tribal ID
- Organizational membership card (library card, blood donor card, etc.)
- Credit card
- Utility bill with current address
- Expired government issued ID with photo
- Marriage license with seal
- Divorce papers with seal
- Adoption papers listing adult with seal
- Employer ID card
- Life insurance policy with current name
