You must be an owner/signer on all accounts you wish to access electronically.

With your consent, your account statement and periodic account disclosures will be provided electronically.

Hardware and Software Requirements

  • A computer or other device with Internet Access
  • MS Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher or Netscape Communicator version 4.7 or higher or Firefox 1.5 or higher with 128-bit encryption
  • A personal e-mail address
  • CNB Online Banking Access

Availability of paper records

If at a later date, you wish to obtain paper copies of your past statements or disclosures, you should:

  • Call 517-439-4300 or 888-322-1088, or
  • Write to us at County National Bank, Customer Service, PO Box 283, Hillsdale, MI. 49242, or
  • Send us an e-mail to: custserv@countynationalbank.com

A $2.00 per paper statement or disclosure copy may be imposed.

Withdrawing consent for electronic delivery

You have the right to withdraw consent for electronic delivery at any time. To withdraw consent and begin receiving paper account statements and disclosures, you should:
