Important updates from our CNB Mobile App Provider

Our mobile app provider is upgrading the CNB Mobile Banking App. Here is an overview of the changes: 

  • Iconography Update - A new set of icons for the app are more balanced, provide a fresher look, and better represent the intended subject. The change is subtle but positive and will land in our app in late October. 
  • R.I.P. iOS® 9 - Now that iOS® 12 has landed, support for iOS® 9 has ended. When iOS® 9 users update to the latest version of the app, they will be alerted that they will no longer receive app updates unless they update to a newer version of iOS®. Dropping support for the older operating system allows better new development rather than patching issues an old operating system. 
  • Account Aggregation Institutions Removed - Due to challenges with maintaining a stable connection to several institutions that were previously linked into the CNB Mobile App, support has been suspended for the following institutions.
    • Institutions to be removed from account aggregation:
      • Bank of America®
      • Discover® Card
      • Elan™
      • Huntington® National Bank
      • PNC Bank
      • USAA FSB
      • TD Bank
