Full-time Utility Teller - Hillsdale

Job Summary

This position provides support to any of the CNB branch offices (as scheduled) with outstanding customer service while performing a variety of customer savings, checking and credit account transactions, as well as customer services for cashier’s checks, money orders, etc.  Also may assist with various branch procedures, including ATM balancing, Vault balancing, etc. This is a full-time position with hours scheduled Monday – Saturday.

Skill Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous banking/teller experience a plus;
  • Passion for providing a stellar customer service experience to all customers (external and internal) and ability to instill this passion in others;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (tactfulness, cooperation, courteousness and customer friendliness) are necessary to represent the bank in a positive manner;
  • Positive and cooperative approach when working with others;

Accounting/Executive Administration Specialist

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Department performing basic accounting functions that would include reconciliations, general ledger entries, accounts payable, etc.  Also assists the 2nd VP-Administration to ensure accurate reporting of shareholder activities including dividends, sales, purchases, name changes, etc.

Treasury Management Assistant (Part-time)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the sales and administration of business deposit products and ancillary Treasury Management services.  This is a part-time position that will be scheduled Monday – Friday and work an average of less than 30 hours per week.

Part-time Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service as incoming customer calls are answered and handled or transferred to the appropriate department/branch location.  They will provide assistance to customers over the phone with their questions regarding their account, online/mobile access, etc.  Other duties include filing documents & assisting in file maintenance processing.  This part-time position will be scheduled for 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Saturday.
