Job Summary

This position is responsible for administering accounts of simple to moderately difficult in scope, where the bank acts in the capacity of trustee under will or inter vivos trust agreements, personal representative, guardians of the assets of minors, or legally incapacitated or decedent estates under appointment of the court, agent under a custody, safekeeping or investment management arrangements.

Skill Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • High school diploma, plus some college education or equivalent previous trust experience.
  • General knowledge of trust law and probate law.

Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Hillsdale

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service as incoming customer calls are answered and handled or transferred to the appropriate department/branch location.  They will provide assistance to customers over the phone with their questions regarding their account, online/mobile access, etc.  Other duties include filing documents & assisting in file maintenance processing.  This part-time position will be scheduled for 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Saturday.

Controller

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the Bank’s accounting system and financial records.  Typically prepares or supervises preparation of financial statements, schedules and reports.  Ensures the Bank’s accounting procedures are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.  Generally oversees the accounting department.

Skill Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance or equivalent.
  • Previous bank experience, preferred.
  • CPA, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

This position assists in the Human Resources Department in day-to-day operations, employee training and payroll administration.  Serves as Wellness Champion and leads wellness initiatives as determined by management.  May also specialize in other HR functions such as recruitment, employment law, employee relations, benefit administration, affirmative action or compensation analysis.

  • At least two-year college degree, with an HR focus preferred.

Part-time Teller - Hillsdale & Jackson

Job Summary

This position provides outstanding customer service while performing a variety of customer savings, checking and credit account transactions, as well as customer services for cashier’s checks, money orders, etc.  May assist supervisor with various branch procedures, including opening and closing deposit accounts, ATM balancing, and Vault balancing, etc.  This is a part-time position working on average less than 30 hours per week scheduled Monday – Saturday.
